Description

This eLearning module introduces you to what outstanding care looks like and how best to demonstrate it.

With examples shaped around the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) Single Assessment Framework, you will learn what sets Outstanding rated services apart and how to impress inspectors.

We’ll take a look at what it takes to go above and beyond expectations, how to place your organisation at the forefront of the highest standards of care, and the types of evidence required.

You will have the opportunity to regularly test your knowledge, reflect on key points and consider practical ways to embed this learning into your own service.

The eLearning presents information to read, watch, listen and download to support your own learning. All filmed examples include professional actors but are based on interviews and insight from regulated adult social care providers.

100% of the cost of these modules can be reimbursed via the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS).
