Description

This eLearning module is focused on helping services that have fallen below the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards to recover their rating.

It is primarily aimed at adult social care providers currently rated Requires improvement or Inadequate but may also be useful for services whose own quality assurance processes have identified significant areas for improvement.

With guidance and advice shaped around the CQC’s Single Assessment Framework approach, the module looks at the practical steps you can take to successfully address failings and be better prepared to achieve Good or Outstanding in your next assessment.

You will have the opportunity to regularly test your knowledge, reflect on key points and consider practical ways to embed this learning into your own service.

The eLearning presents information to read, watch, listen and download to support your own learning.  All filmed examples include professional actors but are based on interviews and insight from regulated adult social care providers.

100% of the cost of these modules can be reimbursed via the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS).
