Description

This eLearning module introduces you to the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) Single Assessment Framework and what you will need to be prepared for in order to meet expectations.

We’ll take a look at how regulated adult social care services are assessed, what inspectors will focus upon, how to involve others in preparing your service, and what evidence will be needed.

You will have the opportunity to regularly test your knowledge, reflect on key points and consider practical ways to embed this learning into your own service.

The eLearning presents information to read, watch, listen and download to support your own learning.  All filmed examples include professional actors but are based on interviews and insight from regulated adult social care providers.
